Concierge
Taking home a new luxury motor yacht is the summit of excitement for owners, after waiting for the day to finally arrive, there is still one important factor to consider. For some owners, the thought of measuring up cupboards and draws to fit all the new cooking instruments, utensils and purchasing appliances, can be both time consuming and somewhat frustrating if items purchased are unable to fit in the onboard storage areas.

The concierge service offers our clients a personalised ready to cruise environment whereby our team do the purchasing, fit out, stocking of food and beverage supplies. Food supplies are purchased within 24 hours of the departure time to ensure everything is fresh and in perfect condition. All you need to do is take delivery of the motor yacht, and all your supplies will be ready to go.

A typical service will include items such as:

Air Fryer
Sear & Press grill
Nutra bullet
Toaster
Kettle
Pots and pans
Specialty knives
Toiletries
Shower & hand wash gels
Sponges & dish liquids
Dishwasher cleaners
Washing machine liquids/powders
Special requests
Grocery shopping
Beverage supplies

All packaging and rubbish is removed from your motor yacht and all items are stored in the appropriate draws and cupboards ready for sail. For items covered by manufacturer warranty, we compile a folder of invoice/receipts and place in the utensils draw for any future claims you may have. We purchase from reputable brands in franchise environments.

If you are time poor or have to travel interstate when taking delivery of your yacht, we can add value to your experience by doing all the running around for you and have everything ready to go.

Marina services - on site
We offer a one call service to owners who are on the go. If your yacht is located at Marina Mirage or Sanctuary cove, if you live elsewhere or interstate, we can organise removal of food, rubbish, detailing and linen dry cleaning services when your yacht has returned to the marina. When the motor yacht is cleared, our services teams will restore everything back to being ready for the next adventure.
When you next need to use your vessel, we can organise, deliver and shelve items in fridges kitchens etc. Food purchasing is done either 24 hours before or on the day of departure. We will have the vessel fridges freezers and ice makers ready to go upon your arrival.

Life on the water does present some challenges, especially when we go through the process of planning meals for everyone on board.

With limited storage space, tetras comes to mind when trying to navigate the size of cupboards, fridge draws and freezers. If you have a large team onboard, you really need to think differently about how you purchase food, how it is packaged, and the space you have onboard to store them.

Bulky packaging will eat space in no time, consider going to the butcher and cry vac your meat. You will save tons of space in your freezer.

Figure 1 - Fridge Draw
Fridges and freezers can be in many different places around the yacht, so with some thoughtful planning and purchasing, the food can be organised appropriately and have cold beverages ready to go.

The general size of common fridges and freezers in the galley can be seen in figure 1. The draw style is a favourite in many luxury yachts.

Space Saving
Cryvacing meat direct at the butcher is a fantastic space saver. This method removes the bulky packaging and can double or even triple the amount of frozen food you can bring on board.

Alternatives
For snack food, chip bags are extremely hungry for space, consider how much air is robbing the storage on the vessel. Look at alternatives that are packaged in cartons, and consider the overall package size.

However, if snacks like these are a must, storage space is available, you will need to shuffle stored equipment like window & table covers or chairs or any other items you may have that are part of the yacht. For this example, we have used the main lounge storage (under seat) as a large pantry for snacks and dry foods as seen in figure 2.
